Outreach
CRU fosters a compassionate and low-barrier support to meet people where they are - Whether on the street, within people's homes, or in the community.
Navigating Court Systems
CRU attends Behavioral Health Court to act as a liaison for services not available from other community service providers. CRU can assist victims of crimes navigate court documents provided support within the court room. CRU receives referrals from the District Attorneys Office to support In-Patient Treatment navigation for persons granted Diversion.
Case Managment
While CRU does not provide any direct services, it is one of CRU's goals to complete an initial screening and refer out to other agencies.
CRU provides short-term case management, following clients progress until stablishing care with other community providers.
Substance Use Disorder
Recovery Support
CRU offers support navigating insurance, transportation, housing stabilization, withdrawal management, and treatment entry. CRU also follows clients progress while in treatment and supports exit plans past treatment graduation.
Homeless Prevention
& Connection Services
CRU encourages community members to seek shelter with our local provider, Hospitality House.
CRU also provides assistance in navigating additional options if at risk of homelessness or needing support to maintain housing.
Employment Supportive Services
CRU is here to support you every step of the way in your job search. We can help you with resume writing, provide interview clothing, and even assist with transportation to and from interviews and work.
